1stfedshelby.com and charlestonfederal.com now redirect to 1stfedci.com, our new website serving all of our customers from our Shelbyville, Windsor, and Charleston branches. For now, any time you enter one of these addresses, it will take you to this same site. However, we encourage you to get used to using www.1stfedci.com, as this will be our permanent address.
Shelbyville and Windsor customers need to re-enroll in both online banking and online bill pay.
Charleston customers who were previously enrolled must login with the same username and use the last four digits of their Social Security Number for the password. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
All customers need to re-enroll in online bill pay and set up your recurring transactions if you would like them to continue. Note: This will not affect the bills you have set up to be paid automatically outside of our bill pay service, where you directly provide the business (you are authorizing to draw funds out of your account) with a bank routing number and your demand deposit account number.
